At FarmBot, we are committed to ensuring your precision agriculture technology meets your expectations; if you are not satisfied, you can return your hardware within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FarmBot account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully pack your FarmBot components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them within the original shipping crate to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the exterior of the box, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the electronic integrity of the returned components, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
